TIDAL DREAM, operated by Ohayo, LLC ("we", "us", or "our"), provides this store, website, mobile applications (TidalSpace), and all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (collectively, the "Services"). Our Services are powered by Shopify for e-commerce functionality. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase through the Services, use our mobile applications, or otherwise communicate with us.

We strictly comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations, including but not limited to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Personal Information We Collect
When we use the term "personal information," we are referring to information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. We may collect the following categories depending on how you interact with the Services:

Contact details: Name, address, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address. Account information: Username, password, nickname, avatar, preferences and settings. Financial information: Payment card information, transaction details, form of payment, and payment confirmation. All payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or Shopify Payments — we do not directly store your credit card numbers or bank account details. Transaction information: Items you view, add to cart, wishlist, purchase, return, exchange or cancel, and your past transactions. Device information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and network connection information. Usage information: Access time, duration, feature usage, how and when you interact with or navigate the Services. Communications: Information you include when contacting customer support or communicating with us. Permissions: With your authorization, Bluetooth connectivity for device pairing (TidalSpace app only). You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

Important: We do not collect your chat content with AI characters. Your conversations remain private.

Directly from you when you create an account, make a purchase, use the Services, or communicate with us.
Automatically through the Services via cookies and similar technologies.

How We Use Your Personal Information
Provide and improve Services: Process payments, fulfill orders, manage your account, arrange shipping, facilitate returns and exchanges, provide AI character chat and Bluetooth device connectivity, and create a customized experience.
Security and fraud prevention: Authenticate accounts, provide secure payment experiences, detect and prevent fraudulent or malicious activity.
Marketing and advertising: Send promotional communications (with your consent), show relevant advertisements. You may opt out at any time.
Experience optimization: Analyze usage data to optimize product features and user experience.

Third-Party AI Service
To provide AI chat functionality in the TidalSpace app, your conversation content (including text messages and conversation context) is sent to Google Gemini (provided by Google LLC) for processing and generating responses. We do not send your personal identity information (such as email or phone number) to this third-party AI service. Google Gemini's data processing is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use chat content for any model training or improvement.

How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in the following circumstances:

With Shopify, vendors and service providers who perform services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, data analytics, customer support, cloud storage, fulfillment and shipping).
With business and marketing partners to provide marketing services (subject to your opt-out rights).
When you direct or consent to disclosure (e.g., to ship products or through social media integrations).
With our affiliates or within our corporate group.
In connection with a business transaction, to comply with legal obligations, to enforce our terms, or to protect our rights and the rights of our users.
Important commitment: We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Other than the AI service described above, we do not share your chat content with any third party.

Relationship with Shopify
Our e-commerce Services are hosted by Shopify, which collects and processes personal information about your access to and use of the store. Information you submit may be transmitted to and shared with Shopify and third parties located in countries other than where you reside. Information Storage and Security
Retention period: We retain your personal information for the period necessary to provide services, maintain your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our policies.
Storage location: Your data may be stored on servers in the United States and other regions. For cross-border data transfers, we comply with relevant laws and adopt appropriate security safeguards, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Security measures: We adopt industry-standard technical and management measures to protect your information. However, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

Right to Delete: Request deletion of your personal information. You can also use the account deletion feature in "Me > Settings" in the app, or email privacy@tidalspace.tech. We will process requests within 30 days.

Right of Portability: Receive a machine-readable copy of your personal data.
Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of targeted advertising here.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw consent at any time, though this may affect your use of some services.
Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Managing Permissions: Manage app permissions including Bluetooth through device settings.
Managing Communication Preferences: Opt out of promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days as required under applicable law.

California Residents' Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights including the Right to Know, Right to Delete, Right to Correct, Right to Opt-Out of Sale/Sharing, and Right to Non-Discrimination. To exercise these rights, email privacy@tidalspace.tech or use in-app settings. In the past 12 months, we have collected: Identifiers (email, phone number), Device information, Usage data. We have not sold any personal information.

Children's Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. In compliance with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
